The English as a Second Language - Speaking Certificate of Competency prepares students to orally communicate with native English speakers and improve their status in the job market. This program brings English language learners from beginning to advanced level where they can fluently communicate in American English.

Certificate of Competency Level Student Learning Outcomes
Students completing the English as a Second Language - Speaking Certificate of Competency will:
